Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "777q", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 777q platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://777q.im.
• "You", "Player", "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the 777q platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a User on the 777q platform.
• "Platform" means the 777q website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services accessible at 777q.im.
• "Services" means all sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any other gaming or wagering services offered by 777q.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the official currency in which all transactions on the 777q platform are denominated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or bonus amount credited to a User's account in connection with a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region in which access to or use of the 777q Services is prohibited by applicable law.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 777q platform, creating an Account, or making use of any of our Services, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the 777q platform and close your Account if one has been created.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 777q with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and representations, whether electronic, oral, or written. They are to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Eligibility

Use of the 777q platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 777q enforces a strict 21+ age requirement and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and gaming services are not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person or for any commercial purpose other than your own personal, recreational use.
• You have not previously been excluded from the 777q platform or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not subject to any court order or other legal restriction that prohibits you from entering into binding agreements or engaging in gambling activities.

777q reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any User at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 777q may result in suspension of the relevant Account pending review.

Account Registration

4.1 Opening an Account

To access the full range of 777q Services, you must create an Account by completing the registration process on the platform. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, and to update that information promptly if it changes. 777q reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without providing reasons.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only on the 777q platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to open more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, 777q reserves the right to close all such Accounts, void all associated bets and transactions, and retain any balances pending further review.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity carried out on your Account using your credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held liable for all such activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 777q immediately at [email protected].

4.4 Account Verification

777q employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit copies of a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Withdrawal requests may be withheld until satisfactory KYC documentation has been provided and reviewed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to a 777q Account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly under normal operating conditions. Deposits via bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank) may take up to one business day to reflect in your Account balance. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for mobile wallet methods. 777q reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable prior notice.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of the 777q KYC verification process. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. 777q aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours on business days; actual receipt times may vary depending on the payment provider. 777q does not charge fees on standard withdrawals, however your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

5.3 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion fees are applied by 777q. Any foreign currency charges imposed by third-party payment providers are the sole responsibility of the User.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on the 777q platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, which are available within the betting section of the platform. The following general rules apply to all bets:

• Bets are final once confirmed. 777q does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except where permitted under specific market rules.
• 777q reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a pricing error has occurred, where the outcome of the event was known at the time the bet was placed, or where there is evidence of fraudulent or irregular activity.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live casino game session that cannot be resolved, 777q will apply the fair resolution procedure applicable to the relevant game provider's rules.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are accurate under normal operating conditions.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. Maximum single-event payouts are specified within the relevant betting markets. 777q reserves the right to limit bet sizes for individual accounts at its discretion.

Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 777q offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to both new and existing players. All such promotions are governed by the following general conditions, supplemented by any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonus Funds are credited to the Bonus Funds wallet and are subject to the Wagering Requirement specified in the relevant promotion before they may be transferred to the withdrawable cash balance.
• Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be used within 30 days of being credited. Unused Bonus Funds will expire automatically at the end of this period.
• Wagering Requirements must be met using real-money wagers. Bets placed with Bonus Funds count toward Wagering Requirements only where the relevant game contributes to the requirement as specified in the promotion terms.
• 777q reserves the right to withdraw a promotional offer, modify its terms, or reclaim Bonus Funds from an Account if it determines, in its reasonable opinion, that a User is abusing or exploiting the promotion.
• Promotional offers are intended for personal recreational use only. Syndicate betting, staking on behalf of others, or the use of software tools to systematically exploit promotions is prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
• Unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms, bonus offers are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777q platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during account use.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to access, interact with, or place bets on the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in games, betting markets, or the platform interface to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and subject to forfeiture.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or having knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports corruption in connection with bets placed on 777q.
• Using the platform to launder money or to facilitate any other financial crime.
• Allowing any other person to use your Account, or using another person's Account, whether with or without their knowledge.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward 777q staff or other platform users.
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction in which such access is prohibited by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 777q platform, including but not limited to the 777q brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials, is the exclusive property of 777q or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the 777q platform without the prior written consent of 777q. Any unauthorised use of 777q's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777q shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any of its Services. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage or system failure.

777q's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss or damage arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your Account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777q does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 777q shall not be liable for any interruption to Services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, natural disasters, or regulatory actions.

Responsible Gaming

Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

12.2 Account Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 777q support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.3 Account Termination by 777q

777q reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) your Account activity presents a risk of money laundering or fraud; (c) you have provided false information during registration or KYC; or (d) it is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation. In such cases, 777q may withhold funds pending investigation.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operations of the 777q platform. By using the platform, you acknowledge that online betting services are accessed at your own risk and in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the 777q platform complies with all laws applicable to you.
